Article 5: Executive Council

Article V – Executive Council

Section 1. The Executive Officers shall consist of the members on the Executive Council.

 

Section 2. This Council shall have the full power to act for the Association if the Association is

unable to meet or a quorum is not reached at the General Assembly.

 

Section 3. Any action taken by the Executive Board can be rescinded by a petition to the Special

Office of Ombudsman containing the number of signatures required for quorum by

this constitution.

 

Section 4. Quorum of the Executive Council shall be at the discretion of the President and shall

be announced to all Councilmen prior to the conduction of any business.
