Office of the President

The Office of the President is responsible for all functions of the Alumni Association, and directly serves the will of the General Assembly, comprised of over 600 members. Aside from serving as the public voice of the Association and the steward of the Association's Vision, the president serves as the chairman of the Executive Council, comprised of an Executive Vice President, and three Vice Presidents.

The Office of the President is comprised of not only the acting president of the Association, but several "Special Offices of the President", including the Special Office of the Ombudsman, the Special Office of the Historian, the Special Office of the Chaplain, the Special Office of the Marketing Chairman, the Special Office of the Fundraising Chairman, and the Special Office of the Risk Management Chairman.

The Special Offices of the President are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Executive Vice President in order to aid the president with his vision for the Alumni Association. The Special Offices allow the president to focus on specific aspects of the Association's mission during his tenure, and the positions expire upon his tenure coming to an end.
