Upcoming Board of Trustees Meeting

Brothers, We have a BoT meeting this evening... Please take a momment and review the schedule of the chapter meetings for the house. Please come prepared to volunteer for a day to attend a chapter meeting. Exec board will be held on a separate day however chair meetings will take place a half hour before the chapter meeting.

Second, as we all know recruitment is a big part of each semester. Zac Summers was kind enough to send us the recruitment dates...

· Saturday, January 30th: Open House (2-4 pm) NOTE: ISU men’s basketball team hosted Bradley @ 4:30 p.m. @ Doug Collins Court in Redbird Arena;

· Sunday, January 31st: Theme Night (6-9 pm); and

· Tuesday, February 2nd: Invite Dinner (7-9 pm)

I know that the chapter is counting on having ATO alumni at each event. So if you are available for any of these events or multiple please let myself and/or Zac know.

I know that this seems like a lot. That is why I am asking for every ones help. If we can have a few alumni attend each event it won't seem so overwhelming. You are welcome to attend as many as you would like. The more the merrier. Let’s start getting emails going this may help some of you car pooling. Also, any alumni can attend these events. So please pass it along to other alumni. These are perfect reasons to head back down to college town.

Finally, our next ATO Theta Theta Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 9:05 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday (Jan. 19, 2010).

1. We require a minimum of eight Board of Trustees (not counting myself, John S., Scott) to be present in order to have a quorum.

2. An agenda for this meeting is forthcoming. If you have items that you would like included in the agenda, please respond to Dan on or before Jan. 15, 2010.

3. Attached is contact information for members of our Board of Trustees. Please spread the word to others about this meeting and encourage them to attend.
